Các luật sau có hiệu lực đối với tất cả trên tàu: thuyền viên, hành khách và các người khác lên tàu. Trong mọi trường hợp ai vi phạm các luật sau thì phải thông báo người ta dừng lại, giúp người ta làm kiểu khác, và nếu không được, thì cử thuyền viên theo dõi liên tục.

All the following apply to all on board: the crew, the passengers, and any third party coming on board. In any case someone infringes on these rules, they must be advised to stop, helped to do otherwise, and if not possible, supervised by a designated crew member.

Storage of any equipment not part of the boat is always subject to approval and guidance of the captain.

• Không được chứa vật tư thiết bị nào thừa trên boong
  No storage of additional material or equipment above deck
• Các vật tư thiết bị nặng chứa trên tàu phải chia đều về chiều dài tàu
  Stored loads must always be spread regularly along the length of the vessel
• Các vật tư thiết bị nặng chứa trên tàu phải cân trái phải tàu.
  Stored loads must respect the port / starboard balance of the vessel.

The hull's portholes must not be opened unless there is approval of the captain and then they must never be left without supervision.
